dco/map

Summary:
dco/map is a C++11 tape-free operator overloading AD tool designed specifically to handle accelerators (GPUs, Xeon Phi, etc.). It uses template metaprogramming techniques to generate adjoint code at compile time; we call this meta adjoint programming.
