Registration to the 17th Euro AD Workshop

Registration Process

There is no registration fee, but space is limited. We prefer that attendees give a talk.

Your registration is complete when you complete the "New Registration" form below and the visitor authorization process (if applicable).

As per Argonne's Site Access Policy, all visitors to Argonne require appropriate authorization before they are allowed on the Argonne site. So if you do not hold an Argonne/DOE badge you must complete the Visitor Registration Form as well. Non-U.S. citizens may be further required to submit copies of a valid original passport, legal permanent resident card, and/or visa (F-1 visa/I-20, J-1 visa/DS-2019, H-1 visa/I-797 or I-94, EAD). They will be contacted individually.

Site Access

Upon arriving at Argonne, all U.S. citizens 18 and over must present photo-identification that has been issued by state or federal government (e.g., state ID, driver's license, passport, military, HSPD-12) or school photo ID if under the age of 18. Note: Some states issue driver's licenses that do not have photographs or are marked with the statement "Not Valid For Identification." These documents cannot be used for photo-identification. The Real ID Act prohibits all federal facilities from accepting driver's licenses from the following states/jurisdictions: American Samoa, Arizona, Louisiana, Minnesota, New Hampshire, and New York.

Non-U.S. citizens must present a valid original passport, legal permanent resident card, and/or visa (F-1 visa/I-20, J-1 visa/DS-2019, H-1 visa/I-797 or I-94, EAD).

Registration Deadline

Visitor authorization can take several weeks, therefore we have to abide by the following deadlines.

Argonne employees/DOE Badge holders must register by August 10th.
U.S. citizens who do not already hold Argonne/DOE Badges must register by August 10th.
Non-U.S. citizens who do not already hold Argonne/DOE Badges must register by July 20th.
